Terms and Privacy

Last updated October 15, 2026

This page explains what personal information Anthēs collects through anthes.ca and through its services, what we do with it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. It also sets out the terms of use of the site.

Anthēs is an initiative of Tansley, based in Montréal. We apply Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

1. What we collect

What you give us. We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form and booking a call: your name, email, the package you're interested in, your message or the challenge you describe, and the time you book.
  • Newsletter: your email address and the language you subscribed in.
  • Job applications: your name, email, field, the link you share, your CV and your message.
  • As a client: what is needed to deliver your package, such as your contact details, billing information and what you tell us during the Business Clarity Session.

What is collected automatically. Like any website, the server that hosts anthes.ca keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time) to keep the site running and secure. The site's typeface and scripts are served from anthes.ca itself: no outside service receives your visit.

2. Cookies

anthes.ca itself places no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Calendly may place cookies when you open the booking calendar, and only then. If we add an audience-measurement tool, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

3. How we use it

  • To answer your messages and organise the call you booked.
  • To send you the newsletter you asked for. Every issue has an unsubscribe link.
  • To consider your job application.
  • To deliver the services in your package, and bill them.
  • To keep the site working and secure, and to improve it from overall figures that identify no one.

We never sell your information, and we only use it for the purpose you gave it to us for, unless you agree to another use or the law requires it.

4. Who we share it with

We use a few service providers, who only process your information to provide their service to us:

  • Calendly, to book calls.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit), to send the newsletter.
  • Google, for our email.
  • The company that hosts the site.

Some of these providers keep information outside Québec, mainly in the United States. Before sharing information outside Québec, we make sure it will be adequately protected. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a buyer if all or part of the business is sold, under the same protections.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: newsletter details until you unsubscribe, messages and applications for up to two years after our last exchange, and client records for as long as the law requires (tax and accounting rules, for example). After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to the people on our team who need it, through secured accounts. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures, adapted to how sensitive the information is.

7. Your rights

Under Québec law, you can at any time:

  • ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter;
  • ask us to stop using or sharing it, or to delete it, when the law allows it.

Write to the person in charge of personal information below; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

8. Privacy incidents

If your information is accessed, used or disclosed without authorisation, or lost, we act quickly to limit the harm. If the incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information. We keep a register of all incidents, as the law requires.

9. Minors

Our services are meant for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 18. If you think we have, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Terms of use

  • The content of anthes.ca (text, images, design) belongs to Anthēs and Tansley. You may share links to it; reproducing it requires our permission.
  • The articles and examples on the site are general information. They don't replace advice adapted to your business.
  • Prices are published on the Services page and may change. The agreement you sign with us is what applies to your package.
  • Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Québec.

11. Changes to this page

We update this page when our practices change. The date of the last update is at the top of the page.
